As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our client base. You will work closely with our recruitment team to deliver tailored staffing solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

We offer a 40% commission structure and uncapped earnings! This is a 1099 contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to meet growth targets.
Identify and target new client opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client decision-makers (e.g., HR Managers, Hiring Managers, Executives).
Collaborate with internal recruitment consultants to understand client needs and deliver effective staffing solutions.
Negotiate contract terms, fees, and service agreements with clients.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and keep accurate records in CRM software.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the agency’s services.
Provide market insight and feedback to improve service offerings and recruitment strategies.
Self starter willing to source candidates through cold outreach
Sales experience ideal, but not required
Understanding of recruitment techniques and tools, including sourcing platforms
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Passion for identifying and attracting great talent
