This is a flexible, remote job opportunity that can be a great way to earn additional income on your own terms. We will provide support and handle all the administrative parts of recruiting. We offer a 40% commission structure and uncapped earnings! Leads provided when candidates apply.
Talent Acquisition:
Source, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
Conduct screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and prepare shortlists
Maintain accurate and timely documentation for candidate submissions.
Self starter willing to source candidates through cold outreach
Sales experience ideal, but not required
Understanding of recruitment techniques and tools, including sourcing platforms
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Passion for identifying and attracting great talent
