Hall of Fame Recruiting was started by Michael Hall, a seasoned recruiter with 10 years of experience. Michael started his career with years of agency recruiting in the healthcare industry, helping hospitals and clinics across the country hire top-notch Physicians, Nurses and other healthcare professionals.

He then moved to in-house recruiting with companies in the automotive, healthcare, and construction SaaS industries. He has several years of experience being a solo recruiter and being a key player in the implementation of new processes, sourcing strategies, ATS implementations, interviews, offer negotiations, and hiring the best candidates with niche backgrounds.
